Shipping policy

Shipping over $99 is FREE.

Shipping is calculated based on item weight and destination.

We ship Monday-Saturday but order processing can take up to 2 weeks, depending on what is ordered.  We make all of our products to order (aside from stickers and mugs), so it does take a little time.

All orders (except small sticker only orders) are provided with tracking. Generally, all orders are shipped via USPS but larger orders may be shipped using UPS. Tracking info is sent to you immediately upon shipping, as long as you include an email address or phone number with your order.

No signature is required for delivery—if you are not at home to receive your package, all orders will be left where you typically receive your packages. SIX TWELVES CLOTHING CO IS NOT RESPONISBLE for any missing/stolen packages so please make arrangements if necessary. If a package is damaged upon receipt, we cannot request any insurance claim and/or reimburse the customer, UNLESS you can provide pictures of BOTH the damaged item and the damaged packaging to show proof is damage. (UPS/USPS will not allow a claim unless pictures are provided.)

Your package will always include a free surprise sticker.

**Please know that we are doing our part to get your package out the door. Shippers, are experiencing delays, including FEDEX, USPS and UPS. We are also seeing late or missed scans, meaning that our packages are dropped, but are late being scanned, and/or tracking is not updating in real time. There have even been cases that packages are not being scanned at the shipper, until the day they are delivered to you.
